Refund and Return Policy for Soup Premix
At [SuperFeast], customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of our soup premix, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our product , we are only able to accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- You must provide a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
To initiate a return, please contact us at [superfeastindia@gmail.com] with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Opened or partially used products
- Products returned after the 7-day window
- Items purchased through third-party retailers (please contact them directly)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a photo of the product and packaging to [customer support email], and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you wish to try a different flavor or variant, please place a new order after completing your return (if applicable).
